The Work Place Literacy Project
aims to increase the literacy and numeracy levels of people who are employed in New Zealand.
The purpose of the project is to create an effective model of training for employers to implement into their work places which ultimately increases the level of staff retention across the country.
We apply a practical lens to our delivery which aims to equip work places to better meet the needs of their staff and increase understanding of work place processes and procedures.
